Posie Parker visits the tiny flat of Pamela Hanro, finding her living in sparse conditions while secretly raising an adopted daughter named Hilda. The two women discuss their aristocratic upbringing and their parents who died of Spanish flu in Vienna years earlier. Moreover, Silvia refused to marry her injured partner due to career restrictions, choosing to maintain her status as a prominent movie star instead.
